Multimedia Gen – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Multimedia Gen! By working with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Project Delivery & File Storage
Only final ready-to-use files will be delivered. Source files are not shared. All delivered files will be stored for 7 days only. Clients must download within this time. After 7 days, files will be permanently deleted. Multimedia Gen is not responsible for lost files after the storage period.
2. Payments
50% advance payment is required to confirm any order. When work is done, due payment must be paid before we share the final project. Payments are non-refundable once work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required materials (logos, text, images, videos) at the time of order. Late submissions may delay delivery. Clients must maintain respectful communication with our team. Harassment or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Revisions must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Only scope-related revisions are free; extra work requires additional charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can only be canceled before work starts. Once work has started, no refunds will be provided. Canceling after partial work requires payment for completed portions.
5. Employee Rules
Employees cannot start or join a competing business during employment and for 1 year after leaving. Employees must keep all company, client, and project information confidential.
6. Scope of Work
We provide services in Video Production, Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and other Multimedia Services.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
Multimedia Gen is not responsible for files not downloaded within 7 days, delays caused by client-side issues or third parties, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property
Full rights to final deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment. Multimedia Gen may showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing unless an NDA is signed.
9. Official Order Policy
All orders must be placed directly through the official Multimedia Gen website (www.multimediagen.com). Orders placed through any other platform, social media, or third party will not be recognized or accepted.
10. Legal Matters
All disputes are governed by Bangladesh law. Multimedia Gen may take legal action in case of non-payment or violation of these terms.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or working with Multimedia Gen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
