Introduction

Welcome to Multimedia Gen. These Terms and Conditions outline the strict rules and guidelines for using our agency services and freelancer marketplace platform. By proceeding with an order or using our platform, you automatically agree to these terms.

100% Advance Payment Policy

Because Multimedia Gen operates as a structured freelancer marketplace and agency ecosystem, we follow a strict pre-payment protocol to secure our talents' time and ensure smooth project execution.

Mandatory Advance Rule: All orders must be paid 100% in advance before any work commences. No project will be assigned to our talents or processed without full payment clearance. This ensures security for both clients and creators within our platform.
  • Due Clearance: If any partial payment was agreed upon under special circumstances, the final high-resolution deliverables will remain locked until the due is 100% cleared.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure premium output and maintain our workflow, clients must provide:

  • All necessary materials, guidelines, and exact project requirements before the project starts.
  • Timely responses during the execution phase. Delays from the client's side will extend the final delivery timeline.

Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted before the work has officially started.

  • Refunds are applicable if we are unable to deliver the agreed services or if there is a verified failure from our side.
No Refunds After Start: Once a project has been assigned and work has officially begun, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property & Portfolio

Once full payment is made, the final deliverables become the property of the client.

Portfolio Rights: Multimedia Gen reserves the right to showcase all completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. If a client requires an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), it must be signed before placing the order.

Anti-Poaching & Platform Rules

Our platform is built on trust and structure. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Outside Dealing: Clients and Talents are strictly prohibited from dealing outside the Multimedia Gen platform. Any attempt to bypass the platform will result in immediate permanent bans.
  • Fraud & Scams: Any fraudulent activity will face immediate legal action.
  • Poaching: Using our directory to hire talents for outside work is strictly prohibited.

Modifications

Multimedia Gen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
